Smack dab in the middle of Granville Street's entertainment district, we're Vancouver's newest hostel -- and if you're angling for access to all the partying and good times you could want, without compromising on security, comfort, and cleanliness, we're where you want to be!

Did we mention we've got a bar on site? Well, we do, and it's got the greatest drink specials around -- that's the reason why it's so popular with travelers and locals alike. Cheap drinks, good company.

This fall and winter we're running a great roster of free or next-to-free activities on most days of the week. From our Granville Island excursion to pub crawls to city tours, there's always something to do, the return of our ever-popular, cheap Canucks hockey tickets!

We know you care about security, too, and that's why you'll find your own backpack-sized locker in your dorm. We've traveled too, and we know that when you don't have to worry about your stuff, you can really start enjoying yourself.

Traveling with a laptop? Our common areas have wireless Internet so you can surf the net or e-mail friends -- for free! For those without a laptop, we've got very reasonably priced Internet kiosks.

A quick word about our kitchen -- our previous guests have asked (and we listened!) that we mention ahead that our cooking facilities include only microwaves, toasters and kettles. If you're looking to cook up a feast, we've got two other hostels in Vancouver (Downtown and Jericho Beach) with really impressive kitchens.

After a long day, you want a comfortable bed. Ever slept at a hostel where the mattress felt like a couple of plastic-wrapped, lumpy, old cushions? Well we have, and that's why we wouldn't settle for anything but the best, here. Our mattresses are first-rate -- thick and comfy. Oh, and all the linen is free. Towels are free, too!

Want to treat yourself? Book into one of our private rooms, all with cable TV and en-suite.

From airport: Airporter shuttle to Comfort Inn, we're across street at 1025 Granville Street. Email us for public bus directions.

From bus/train station: Skytrain westbound to Granville, walk 6 blocks south on Granville to 1025 (or take bus 4, 6, 10, 17, 50 to Nelson).
